Color Masterbatch

We use high-quality color masterbatches to achieve uniform coloration throughout the shade net structure. The pigments are carefully selected to provide excellent color consistency, weather resistance, and long-term appearance stability, even under prolonged outdoor exposure.

100% Virgin HDPE Resin

We exclusively use 100% virgin HDPE resin to manufacture our shade nets. Virgin HDPE provides superior tensile strength, flexibility, and durability compared with recycled materials, helping maintain product performance under harsh environmental conditions.

Fire-Retardant Additives

Agrishade works with established production facilities in China to support export orders with stable production capacity and consistent quality control.

UV Stabilisation

Premium UV stabilisers are added during production to protect the polymer structure from long-term sunlight exposure. This helps reduce cracking, brittleness, and strength loss while extending the service life of the shade net in demanding outdoor environments.

Manufacturing Process

Precision Shade Net Production Workflow

Agrishade’s production workflow is designed to ensure product consistency, dimensional accuracy, and batch-to-batch reliability. From raw material preparation to final packaging, every production stage is monitored and controlled to deliver shade nets that meet demanding agricultural, horticultural, landscaping, and industrial requirements.

Raw Material Blending

Virgin HDPE resin, UV stabilisers, fire-retardant additives, and color masterbatches are blended according to approved production formulations. Each material batch is verified before processing to ensure accurate composition, consistent product performance, and reliable quality across every production run.

Yarn Extrusion

The blended materials are processed through high-precision extrusion lines to produce continuous monofilament yarns. Critical parameters such as temperature, filament diameter, and tension are carefully controlled and monitored throughout production to ensure uniform strength, flexibility, and durability.

Warp Knitting

Extruded yarns are knitted into stable mesh structures using advanced Raschel warp-knitting machines. Mesh density, stitch pattern, and knitting parameters are adjusted according to the required shade factor, airflow characteristics, and mechanical performance, ensuring consistent product specifications throughout the batch.

Heat Setting

The knitted shade net undergoes a controlled heat-setting process to stabilise the mesh structure and relieve internal stress generated during production. This step helps minimise shrinkage, improve dimensional stability, and maintain consistent net performance during transportation, installation, and long-term outdoor use.

Precision Cutting

Finished nets are cut to specified widths and roll lengths according to customer requirements. Dimensional accuracy is verified throughout the cutting process to ensure installation efficiency, product consistency, and full batch traceability from manufacturing through delivery.

Edge Reinforcement & Packaging

To improve handling strength and service life, net edges are reinforced to reduce fraying and tearing during installation and use. Optional hemming, reinforced edges, and customised packaging solutions are available. Finished products are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe storage, transportation, and delivery.

Roll Sizes & Colour Customisation

Custom roll widths from 1 m to 12 m and specified roll lengths are available. Colours can be selected from standard options or matched to Pantone or RAL references. Each batch is checked to ensure colour consistency before shipment.

Edge Reinforcement & Installation Accessories

Shade nets can be supplied with reinforced edges, heat-welded tape, or hemmed borders for improved durability and easier installation. Optional accessories include brass or aluminium grommets, rope-reinforced edges, and customised fastening systems.

Quality Control

From Raw Materials to Final Inspection

Incoming Material Inspection

All HDPE resin, color masterbatch, UV stabilisers, and performance additives are inspected before production to verify compliance with approved consistency, quality, and suitability before being released for manufacturing.

In-Process Production Control

Critical shade net production parameters are continuously monitored throughout extrusion and warp-knitting operations. This helps maintain stable processing conditions, consistent product quality, and reliable manufacturing performance.

Final Performance Testing

Each production batch undergoes final inspection and performance testing before shipment. Product quality is verified against manufacturing specifications and customer requirements to ensure consistent performance and dimensional accuracy.

Third-Party Inspection

We fully support buyer-appointed pre-shipment inspections by SGS, TÜV Rheinland, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek at any production stage.
