Premium Raw Materials and Additives
The foundation of any high-quality net lies in its raw materials. At AgriShade, we use only the finest components to guarantee superior durability and performance.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
We exclusively use 100% virgin HDPE pellets to ensure consistency in every sheet and roll. HDPE’s dense molecular structure provides superior mechanical properties, making our nets resistant to deformation under sun, wind, and moisture exposure.
Color Masterbatches
Color masterbatches are concentrated mixtures of pigments and additives encapsulated in a carrier resin. They are blended with base polymers like HDPE to provide consistent, durable coloration.
Anti-UV Additives
Anti-UV additives are chemical compounds incorporated into plastics to prevent degradation from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. UV light can cause plastics to yellow, crack, or lose mechanical strength over time, especially when used outdoors.
Fire-Retardant Additives
Fire-retardant additives are compounds added to polymers like HDPE to reduce flammability and slow the spread of fire. They enhance safety by increasing ignition resistance and preventing rapid combustion.
Production Process

Mixing Raw Materials and Additives
HDPE pellets, UV stabilizers, flame-retardant additives, and color masterbatches are blended according to our precise formula. Accurate mixing ensures each filament has uniform tensile strength, long-lasting color, and UV resistance across all batches.
Yarn Extrusion
Blended materials are fed into high-precision extruders to produce continuous yarns. Controlled filament diameter and tension guarantee consistent mechanical properties, forming a strong and flexible backbone for the net.
Weft/ Warp Knitting into Net Structure
Yarns are woven into a stable mesh using advanced knitting machines, typically warp-knitting. Stitch pattern and density are adjusted to achieve desired shade factor, airflow, and uniform mesh strength.
Heat Setting
Knitted nets undergo heat-setting to stabilize dimensions, lock mesh structure, and reduce shrinkage. This ensures each roll maintains its shape during transport and installation while enhancing durability.
Cutting to Required Size
Nets are cut to custom widths and roll lengths. Precision cutting ensures accurate dimensions, seamless installation, and batch traceability from production to delivery.
Edge Reinforcement and Packaging
Edges are reinforced to prevent fraying or tearing. Optional grommets or hems can be added for convenience. Nets are packaged with protective, eco-friendly materials for safe handling and transport.
Equipment & Capacity
Our factory spans 6,000 m² and is equipped with two high-speed extrusion lines and ten large-scale weft knitting machines. Heat-setting and finishing equipment ensure dimensional stability and consistent quality. Monthly production reaches 100 tons, supporting large-scale 40HQ container orders.

Quality Control System
AgriShade maintains a comprehensive quality control system throughout production. All raw materials are tested for performance and environmental compliance. During manufacturing, mesh uniformity and yarn tension are monitored online to ensure consistent quality. Finished nets are evaluated in the lab for UV resistance, tensile strength, color consistency, and flame-retardant performance. Before shipment, defective products are removed, and substandard items are stored separately. We also support third-party inspections by SGS, TÜV, and other accredited agencies for independent verification.
